"Even though the hair salon is called Waves, they don't really know what to do with the wavy/curly hair. There are no prices on their website, when I've asked via whatsapp they sayed for washing and cutting 26,50 eur. After washing and trimming they basically gave the difusor to my hands and the price went to 42 eur at the end. I was unpleasantly surprised. For 26 eur they would just let you go with the wet hair in the middle of the winter. There wouldn't be a bad comment if I would have received the full price at the beginning. I feel disappointed with the cut and scammed with the price. By the way, it was cold inside and the hair was washed with the cold water."

"10/10 experience here, I was worried at first as my Spanish is not so good but we were able to communicate and I got exactly what I asked for. I had also mentioned about a budget I had at the start of the appointment and it was taken into consideration and we were able to talk about different options. They are lovely people/workers and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely go back again and recommend it to all my friends! "Best salon I've been in years. Lidia was such a lovely person to chat the whole time, and for the first time in many years (and three countries) I had my hair cut EXACTLY as I wanted it to be. She listened to me, asked questions, suggested the best way to get to what I was envisioning and explained everything she would do before we started. She understood my situation and helped me get a look that I'd manage while my hair changes from pregnancy hormones and giving birth. I look and feel incredible, and that for a freshly postpartum mom after a traumatic birth is priceless. Thank you so much for this moment of self care and getting back to feeling like myself.
