"I'm giving it 1 star because I can't give it 0. I called on Tuesday to book an appointment for Saturday for an updo for a wedding, and the girl told me to send her a WhatsApp message with what I wanted and a photo of my hair, which I sent right then and there while we were talking. She said she had to look into it and would get back to me on Thursday (Wednesday was a holiday). When she didn't hear back on Thursday, I messaged her at 6:30 pm and she replied at 8:30 pm, telling me the price and that it would be after 2:00 pm. I said yes, and told her the time of the wedding so we wouldn't be caught short… On Friday at 8:00 pm she told me she didn't know when she could schedule me and suggested I get waves instead since she didn't have time for the updo, and that she didn't know if she could do it at 2:00 or 3:00 pm… she was very busy. Very unprofessional. If she had told me on Tuesday that she wasn't available, no problem, I would have found another option! But she kept putting me off all week, without giving me clear answers, without giving me an appointment with a specific time… anyway. Friday night and I still don't have anyone to do my hair for the wedding thanks to this girl."
