"The best in Cordoba"

"I've been a regular customer at this hair salon for over two years, and precisely because of the trust I had in them, it pains me to have to write this review. They had always given me very fine, natural-looking highlights, exactly the style I wanted and had worn for years. However, this last time the result was nothing like what I asked for or what they had done previously. The highlights turned out excessively blonde, with a tone that was not at all what I wanted and looked very unnatural. Furthermore, the color wasn't even uniform, as there were different shades in different areas of my hair, which was very noticeable. At the front, the highlights didn't even start at the root, but rather about two centimeters away, leaving a very visible and unsightly line. The final result looked very harsh, not blended at all, and frankly, awful for the price and the level of professionalism I expected. Just three hours later, I returned to the salon in person to explain, politely and calmly, that I wasn't happy with the result and that it wasn't what I had asked for. Far from offering a solution or trying to help, they told me I "had to see them," that I'd "get used to it," and that they couldn't find any time to fix it because they weren't available. I completely understand that sometimes a result might not be exactly as expected, but what was most disappointing was their lack of interest in solving the problem for a regular customer who had trusted them for years. It's a shame to end up with this feeling after so long."
