"I contacted the salon because I'd heard great things about them, both the service and the color results, so I booked an appointment. They recommended I come in to see if they could do what I wanted. Up to that point, everything was fine and very professional. The problem, and what definitely ruined everything, was when I arrived and showed them my hair.
