"Very negative experience. I went to get a big hair makeover—color and cut—and despite bringing a photo to help the stylist, she didn't get it right at all, especially the color. I wanted balayage highlights and something more modern, and when she finished, I just wanted to cry...because it didn't look anything like the photo, and I didn't look good in it. I mentioned it as I left, saying I didn't like it and that it wasn't what I had envisioned...and she told me to wait a week for the color to settle. The next day I called again and said I didn't look good. I went back to the salon, and they toned the color with shampoo. Obviously, it looked better, but it was nowhere near what I wanted. She didn't charge me for this service. About three weeks have passed, and the awful highlights they did are already growing back, so it wasn't much of a solution. In conclusion...if they can't do something like take a photo, they should tell the client. Changing your look or going to the hairdresser might seem frivolous, but in certain moments and personal situations, it's like taking a breath of fresh air...and in my case, it was something like that, but they didn't do it well, and on top of that, I was very disappointed. I certainly won't be going back."
