"I went because of the good reviews and found myself at the most unprofessional and attentive hair salon I've ever been to. I've never had my hair cut with such a lack of care. When I go to a hair salon, I expect advice and guidance, and they lacked both. To top it all off, they tried to charge me for styling, even though I had booked an appointment specifically for a haircut. Apparently, it's their company policy, but they don't tell you until you're actually there. A place I'll never return to, despite how promising it seemed."
