"She cut my hair terribly. They were able to confirm this and show me how uneven the cut was when I went to another salon. The cut didn't lie properly; the layers were very short in the back and on top, and then there was a gap in the cut, with hair missing around the middle of my head, and a long, heavy, shapeless section at the nape of my neck—it's a little longer than my neck now. So, after a few weeks, suspecting a bad cut, I went to another salon, and they confirmed my doubts. They showed me the layers and how uneven they were on either side of my hair, making it impossible for my hair to look good. Mariah is very attentive and friendly; perhaps her specialty is organic straightening, but for a defined and well-done cut, I absolutely do not recommend her. Awful. Now I have no choice but to wait for my hair to grow out so I can even it out and define the cut after such a botched job. I won't be going back, obviously."
