"I'm very unhappy with hair salons; they make the customer feel like an idiot. I don't want a free haircut, far from it. All I ask is a fair price. Every day I go, they charge me something different, and I always have to remind them of the price from previous visits, to which they eventually agree. And the fact that they offer the option of just a cut seems disrespectful to me, since they always want to style my hair. I don't make the rules, but if that option is valid, why do I have to say every day that it's just a cut when they start styling it? Every time I go, they make me feel like an idiot. I value their work, and that's why I go, and I repeat that I don't want it done for free. Besides, the girls are very nice, but the prices should be consistent; it's the least I ask. Obviously, I won't be going back, and the price increase the day before New Year's felt like highway robbery. I hope to find a salon that makes me feel good. I pay for your work, and I value it; you should do the same."
