"Beautiful welcoming salon and even more beautiful people. Made my appt online for NYE and was able to find a spot immediately. Enjoyed a cortadito while I shortly waited. Elisabeth washed my hair while I reclined feet-up and everything. She washed and massaged my head so it was a total relaxing experience. Blow dried and styled it beautifully and perfectly. "I went there on Saturday to get highlights. Even though my hair history was known, the hairdresser started without explaining anything and completely ruined my hair. The highlights are badly done, with harsh lines and no smooth transition. Some parts have no highlights and turned copper, others are an unnatural hydrogen blonde instead of the blonde I asked for. I had to pay the full price for the worst hair result I’ve ever seen. I’m extremely unhappy walking around with such bad hair and paying so much money for it. Very poor service. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone. PS: After a long discussion, the owner are so disrespectful! And the won’t give me my money back! Pls really make me a favour and never go there especially Carlos !!!"

"If you need a hair cut and a spray tan, COME TO THIS SALON! I have never been so happy with the results of a haircut or a spray tan! The hair stylist listened to what I wanted, and delivered. Gorgeous soft layers, kept it long, with a stunning blowout. The tan is very even, and the color is so beautiful, the girl tanning me was so nice and professional. I was a little self conscious about my body, I always used the machine booths in the US, but I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all! All of the staff was so nice and welcoming. They spoke English too, which was so comforting, they both communicated so well and delivered exactly what I asked for! I literally cannot express how great my experience was here, 10/10 recommend!!"

"I went in for a copper hair color and brought a clear written description of the result I wanted. Unfortunately, the final result did not match what I asked for: the roots turned out too red/intense, and the highlights started too high up, creating a marked effect that I did not want. I also felt uncomfortable with the service. During the appointment, personal comments were made that I found unnecessary in a professional setting, including a comment about a wart on my face and a question about my age. The wash after the color treatment was uncomfortable. It was done with too much force and hurt my scalp. When I asked for less pressure, the response was that my scalp was “very sensitive.” Naturally, after a color treatment the scalp can be sensitive, but that is exactly why I expected a gentler wash, not more pressure. The wash also felt insufficient: my hair was shampooed only once. In every salon I have visited before, even for a simple blow-dry, the wash has always been more thorough. After a chemical color treatment, I expected a complete wash, with two shampoos and careful rinsing to properly remove product residue. For the price I paid, I expected better listening, more care, more delicacy, and a more professional finish. I will not return."

"I had the most fantastic experience at Onda!! Luana and Simona were so much fun and very talented!! It was a full day of relaxation and rejuvenation! I got a mani/pedi, brow tint/lamination/shaping, facial, eyelash tint/lift, balayage, highlight, trim, hair treatment, blow dry and style. My hair, skin, nails, lashes and brows have never looked better!! Both Luana and Simona are natural artists and wonderful people, I cannot thank them enough. 🙏🏼 Everyone at the salon was kind and helpful even their cute little salon pup 🐶🫶🏼 .
