"It was a bitter sweet experience, but definitely not coming back. Salon has a nice interior and both the treatment and the pricing is clearly explained in advance. The only doubt I have is about security of the products they use (it seems doubtful that European Commission would approve a chemical treatment requiring you to wear a gas mask…) and the constant talks in Russian that included some unprofessional comments about how matte my hair is. Also, payment with Bizum due to a ‘temporal’ card terminal availability seems to be too common. The most frustrating part is how little the spectacular effect lasted. After spending 5 hours in a chair and paying >300€, I expected hairs smooth and straight up to 6 months. However, in the third week after the treatment I already noticed a slight freeze. I reported it and they asked me to come immediately, what was quite challenging because I live 80km from Barcelona. This appointment was somehow less attentive, the specialist left me on chair for 40 min because she had to attend her students… I run out of patience and I left unattended after one hour, with no promised washing and hair revision. Their recommendation was to dry my hair more. As expected, the frizz strengthened with every week and around Christmas time I had my normal hair back."
