"Wow wow wow! Luigi took the time to fit me in very last minute. He examined my hair and suggested a treatment to help with the heath of my hair. After that Luigi did an AMAZING haircut. I feel fabulous. I could not recommend more. What a great option for hair cut. Luigi also made time to give my boyfriend a haircut. He is amazing and very kind."

"They were so nice but by the time i got my bob refresh cut it was horrible. I have thick hair and it wasn’t treated accordingly. I really wanted to have a good experience and leave a good review but just no. worst haircut i’ve ever had. I asked for NO blunt cut and i wanted layers. got no layers and got a blunt cut which is not good for my hair type. my hair before should’ve just stayed that way :( i had to go to another salon to get it fixed. paid $70 to get my hair chopped up :("

"I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The stylist pulled my hair constantly while combing and styling, and the entire appointment was painful. It’s been three hours since I left and my scalp is still hurting from how roughly my hair was handled. I asked for a voluminous blowout , but my hair was straightened completely flat instead with small curve at the bottom. I was told styling would be €45, and when asked if I wanted a mask, I said yes—without being informed it would cost an extra €25. I only found out at checkout and ended up paying €70 for a service that was uncomfortable and not what I asked for. To make things worse, another stylist was smoking with the door open, and the smell of cigarettes filled the salon. Overall, this was the worst and most expensive hair experience I’ve had."
