"Since I cannot reply to my last review, I unfortunately have to write a new one. I don’t know how often it happens that customers complain and you have to give them follow-up treatments, but since this should not happen very often under normal circumstances, I assume you should remember my case quite well. Simply pretending now that this did not happen in your salon is nothing but an absolute disgrace. You not only completely destroyed my hair, but you also have the audacity to deny it and claim that it happened in another salon. That is extremely outrageous and simply unprofessional and disrespectful. What makes this even worse is that it honestly feels like this claim was only made in the hope that I would not respond again, so that other people reading the review might believe it happened somewhere else. I find it very hard to believe that you actually think this occurred in another salon. It seems much more likely that you are fully aware that the mistake happened in your salon and are simply trying to shift the blame. But if you really want to know the exact details: it happened on October 12. Also you can see my name in my Profile. In the picture here you can also see it's your salon...Yas cut my hair, which he actually did quite well and I have no complaints about that. The perm itself was rolled by Lucky. I also checked my photo gallery and fortunately I took photos during the treatment while I had to wait for a while. These photos clearly show that the perm rods were already being coated with the solution while some sections of my hair had not even been rolled yet. The fact that I even had time to take photos out of boredom while the treatment was interrupted and I had to wait several minutes only proves once again that the process was done incorrectly and that completely different processing times occurred on different parts of my hair. It is simply a disgrace that despite all of this I have still not received a single apology."
