"A little over a month ago, I got highlights done by a stylist named Igor. The day after the appointment, it looked nice and natural. However, after just one wash, the color faded significantly, and within a week, it turned super blonde and brassy/yellow. I had to pay to get it toned darker. Today, I had to go back and pay to fix it yet again. At this point, I’ve spent more money fixing my hair than on the original service. I just wanted a subtle, natural look slightly lighter than my base, but now every time I wash it, it goes right back to being way too blonde"

"It was not the first time I had an appointment with Igor and each time my hair feels soft and healthy. What I appreciate the most is, Igor respect my idea not to cut to much of my ends, since I am trying to grow my hair longer (I had other experience about it, that`s why I am very glad about it). "No recommendations. I wanted a long bob. I've been wearing one for 14 years. Long at the front, short at the back. I said that I have curls and I want my curls to bounce and have volume again and not hang down. It's important to me that I can do a ponytail , but if my hair falls out at the bottom it's not so bad. But what is bad is that the hair on the top of my head is so short that I can't do a ponytail without the hair at the top falling out of the ponytail . The top of my head is cut too short. I asked him if he understood what I wanted. I said that I wanted my curls to bounce. My hair is now so short that I no longer have any curls. He asked me if I style my hair, I said no. I wash it and let it air dry. He started to blow-dry it straight. I said I don't wear my hair straight. I wear my hair curly, like I already told you, like it should have been when I cut it, that the curls bounce. Then he started blow-drying it with the diffusion attachment, which made me look out like an apple. he said you wanted volume. I told him I told you I never blow-dry my hair, I don't style it and I want volume in my curls so they don't hang down. I asked him if he liked it, he said no, it's too much volume. But that I wanted it that way. I explained to him that he is the expert and if I tell him I want volume in my curls, then as an expert he has to know when to stop cutting my hair short. So that the curls bounce. I'm super disappointed. I know it's just hair. But I now have to work out the best way to make it work for the next two months. The whole thing cost me €45. Never again. Understanding each other is not always a thing of same language. The hairdresser was Adrian Update: went yesterday again. They could fix the uneven Parts and I got my money back. Still the haircut is a Desaster and will be for the next 2 months"

"Friendly hairstylist but really didn't get the cut I wanted. I told the hairstylist that I want to grow my hair and only do a trim but there's lots of layers and my hair is back to the length it was at a year ago 😔 Overall a nice experience but kind of disappointed with the cut ..
