"Alma has quickly become my salon in Barcelona - I used to come here while in town when I was living abroad because they are incredibly nice and warm but also talented professionals, so getting my hair done really feels like a quiet moment in the midst of busy life and I leave with beautiful hair every time. I have recommended it to friends who also became clients. Joan is an absolute hair magician (and lovely!) but I have had good experiences with all the personnel at Alma!"

"One star because they tried to solve the problem they caused, and the workers were nice. I asked for a dark brown hair, they gave me a red hair and told me that it was the light that was changing the color. I had to go there 2 times to the salon and waited for 4 hours of work in my hair, until they turned my hair black to change the red color."

"I am deeply dissatisfied with the services provided at the salon during my recent appointment. Despite specifically expressing my desire for root coverage and gray hair, these instructions were overlooked. The trimming of my hair was minimal, lacking the precision I expected and the color was dull(not bright blonde as I told them to). I attempted to resolve these issues by sending an email and making a follow-up call, seeking resolution, but regrettably, my concerns were completely ignored. So in the end I wasted 250 euros and 5 hours, only to find myself in need of seeking another professional to fix the work that they should have done!! The picture below is 3 days after the appointment so you can see the job they did! So much disappointment for a salon that you were expecting otherwise reading the reviews they have on Google."

"What an experience! If i lived in Barcelona I would be here weekly for just the hair washing experience. They have a seperate room with calming music, dim lights, massage chairs and the head massage while washing (wow). I did not feel rushed. They sat down and talked to me about my hair before style before cutting. Would be back in a heart beat! Thank you for the very attentive service and exceptional hair salon experience."
