"I went because of the good reviews I found here about the good price and straight hair. When I arrived, I found out I had to pay €15 to have my hair straightened because they only cut dry hair, which means a trim costs €30. I also mentioned that I had a scar on my head from surgery, and they weren't careful at all, washing my hair roughly and detangling it the same way. I really enjoy going to the hairdresser, and this was a nightmare. I'll never go back."
