"I wasn't going to leave a review, but I don't think that's the way to react or speak to a client. Especially when she's just telling you something simple about the service, in a calm and polite way. If I'm not your type of client, you shouldn't have scheduled me. I want to clarify that from the day she booked my appointment, I felt like I wasn't to her liking, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I thought it was because she was busy with work and "overwhelmed." When she saw me, I felt the same way, so I let it go and didn't take it personally. When I expressed my dissatisfaction (in the nicest way possible), she replied rudely and dismissively, "You're not the type of clientele I usually attract." I understand perfectly; maybe because I'm a foreigner, I'm not to her liking, but then don't book appointments with people from other countries. She wouldn't even let me pay for the service, even though I didn't like it. I respect other people's time and work. I told her I wouldn't leave a review because it's something that can be fixed. Again, with arrogance, he tells me, "Don't worry, I have plenty of customers, I don't care about the reviews." Well, that's fine, I'm just reminding you that the world currently works that way, through reviews (I regret not having read them before)."
