"The girls at the hair salon were super friendly and quick, however, I got a keratin straightening treatment which they told me is a progressive straightening treatment that lasts about 4 months if you take good care of it, and yesterday I washed my hair after the straightening and not only did it not straighten at all and my hair looked the same as before, but it also became super dry and straw-like. €120 down the drain 😕"
