"I did AirTouch on March 30, 2026 with the master Victoria (vixy_colorist_es instagram) for €275. A month after the AirTouch dyeing, I had a reddish streak at the root and some strands with a greenish tint. Victoria said that her bundles had come off and this was her “jam”, so I was offered a free correction. I agreed, because I hoped that the problem would be completely eliminated. Unfortunately, Victoria did the correction in a haphazard way. Only the mohawk area was repainted. At the same time, no one warned me that after such a correction I would actually not be able to collect my hair in a ponytail or bun, because there would be very dark areas on the sides, and a much lighter area on top. In everyday life, it looks very terrible. I turned to the master with a request to resolve the situation, but I was refused a refund and blocked. For me, 275 € is a significant amount, so I expected quality work that would not require repeated corrections. This is my personal experience. Perhaps it will be useful for someone when choosing a master. I am attaching photos of the result after coloring and after correction to the review so that everyone can draw their own conclusions. The master did not provide me with an official letter of complaint. In this regard, I am forced to protect my rights in another legal way."
