"Honestly, the haircut was fine and all, but they told me it would be €20, and then after they washed my hair and everything, they told me that the cut has to be done dry after washing. I told them I only wanted a cut, nothing more. They dried it, cut it, and then told me it would be €45. Before doing anything, you should ask if you're doing dry cuts. Don't wash it unless you ask, and don't even comb it. €45 was a huge blow, but I'm really sorry, I'm never going back."

Furthermore, they applied products without warning and then charged me separately, which I felt was outrageous. The person who served me was arrogant, distant, and unfriendly, which only made the situation worse. It's not a place where I felt comfortable or well-treated. I certainly won't be returning and I don't recommend it."
