They didn't offer a solution, which would have been professional and correct, offering to come back another time to rectify such a lack of professionalism. All they did was "charge her less" for the inconvenience. Neither she nor anyone we know will be back. I'm not giving it a minus 10 because Google doesn't offer that option. Terrible service."
