"The women who cut my hair was really nice, but my hair looked ridiculous. Also, a cut and this cost 48€."

"It was my second time there, and I've recommended this salon to many people because, although the price isn't for everyone, they do excellent work. Unfortunately, I left with a bittersweet feeling after my last appointment this past Tuesday. I asked for a light copper dye and left with a much darker and more intense red than I expected (I've included reference photos of what I asked for and what they did). I understand that dyes don't react the same way on all hair types, and you can't see the result until your hair is dry. What made me leave feeling sad and disappointed is that when I told the stylists that "it looked too dark and wasn't what I expected," they didn't offer any solutions like lightening it, coming back another day to work on the color, etc. They simply told me that washing it and seeing it in the sunlight would make it lighter. Obviously, over time, the color will fade and look lighter (and duller). When it came time to pay, an awkward silence fell, making the situation quite clear. In short, I left the salon with a color that wasn't what I'd asked for, feeling disappointed and with no solution other than waiting for the color to fade. A real shame; I don't think I'll be going back."

"I'm very sorry to say that our experience hasn't been good. I've been five times: once for a style, twice for a cut, and twice for highlights. The first time for a style was great. The first time for a cut was also great, and the first time for highlights was great too. Up to that point, everything was fine. Even though it was expensive, I thought it was worth it. However, the second time for a cut, it was bad. The stylist cut my daughter's bangs unevenly on both sides. And this last time for highlights was a complete fiasco. I paid 144 euros for a job that, and I'm sorry to say this because it's always unpleasant, was very poorly done. The highlights were very yellow and had a root effect that looked awful. We thought about going back, but frankly, seeing the work done, we were embarrassed to even go there. In the end, I used a color gloss at home to get rid of those highlights. We should have asked for a refund because it was definitely 144 euros down the drain, and it's a shame to be left with such a bad experience. Oh well..."

"Absolutely fantastic! We had an event the following day, Friday, and they booked us in at 4 pm for Friday afternoon. Our hair was beautifully styled. We looked gorgeous, and my hair, which is especially curly, held up wonderfully through the rain and heat. Highly recommended. Very professional, helpful, and friendly! 👏"
