"I told the woman who attended to me to just trim the ends, and with the first snip, she cut off about 15 cm. Then I showed her a picture of fairly straight hair, and she insisted that it was curly. She didn't cut it badly, but well, if it's going to be whatever she says, it's better to know beforehand. Now I have to wait a long time to get it back to that length."

"I arrived at the hair salon for a haircut. They told me a woman named Paula would be with me shortly. They washed my hair, and so far, so normal. My surprise came when they finished washing it and a woman with freshly dyed hair and a cape started asking me how I wanted my hair cut (I was a bit shocked because I didn't know she worked there). I told her I didn't want it too short because I'd already had it that short and didn't want to repeat the process. She flattened the back of my hair and cut it much shorter than I'd asked for. In short, the woman pretty much did whatever she wanted. I certainly won't be going back; it's not worth the risk."
