"Unfourtunately I don't trust the quality of the products that they buy in this hairdresser. I never had such a bad result dying my hair with L'oreal which make me think that they fake. They said that they need to apply the product twice! I never had two applications of the colour in my life and it was always perfect. Apart from that, their response was very inappropriate, not polite and not helpful. It was the first time and the last one...I definitely don´t recommend this place."

"I'm giving it one star because, although the staff and the salon itself were very pleasant, the professional and billing experience was an absolute disaster. > Even though I've been several times and they know me, they demanded a €40 deposit when I booked, in case I didn't show up. In total, the visit cost me €176 (the €40 deposit plus €136 on the day of the appointment). > As for the technical work, I asked for fine, natural-looking blonde highlights. The result was the complete opposite: super-highlighted highlights from the roots, a bright yellow color. The mess was so bad that I had to wait a whole month to go to another salon to get them fixed. > When it came time to pay, I found several surprises on the bill. They charged me for a haircut that was actually just a trim, which they insisted on, justifying it by saying "I needed it," which I found very strange because I had cut my hair only a month before. Furthermore, they added two treatments totaling €30 to my bill, which they neither mentioned, nor asked for, nor requested. I know the ideal thing would be to complain immediately and tell them not to add things you didn't ask for, but not everyone is that forward. You'd assume that if you don't ask for something, they won't add it or charge you for it, but at this salon, it seems they're only concerned with making money. I find it very distasteful, especially since they've done this to me before, adding extras without asking. As a regular customer, I've had other problems before, but this was the last straw. I'm definitely not going back."
