"The first time I went, I wanted to get my hair colored and didn't know what to do. Cristina was lovely and explained what they offered. She recommended a clay treatment because my hair was in really bad shape—dull and lifeless—and it was the perfect choice! I've been twice now and I'm so happy. I've had a cut and a clay treatment, and honestly, my hair has never been so healthy and shiny. I keep recommending her to everyone I know, and my aunt and a friend have already gone and they're thrilled."

"I called without an appointment to see if they had any openings that day for a styling session (I have curly hair, I just wanted to straighten it). They said it was complicated, but if I could come right away, they'd squeeze me in. I live 15 minutes away, so that was great, I was very happy up to that point. When I arrived, they started washing my hair and suggested it was dry, so I suggested getting a deep conditioning treatment, knowing it would cost extra, since I always take advantage of my salon visit to get it moisturized. Then they moved on to blow-drying and straightening with a flat iron. Well, everything went wrong when they went to charge me and told me the styling cost €53. Obviously, I paid, smiled, and left. This isn't a market where I should be haggling or arguing over prices; every business knows what it's doing. But wow, it was a total rip-off, and what I can do is criticize it and expose it so it doesn't happen to anyone else. I understand that styling has a price (and I've certainly never seen anyone charge a fortune for straightening hair), and it's understood that styling requires washing and drying (and in my case, extra conditioning during the wash, which I requested, and although they didn't mention the price, I doubt it costs €25 to apply a product). Well, among other things, the price breakdown included an "express blow-dry," a term I've never heard of. So, they're charging me to blow-dry my hair so they can style it (???) and not only that, but in an "express" way (which I understand was because both hairdressers were using a blow-dryer at the same time). I don't understand the concept of charging for blow-drying, to begin with, but even if such a thing exists, I didn't ask for an express blow-dry because I wasn't in any hurry. If they were, they shouldn't have served me, or they could have told me that their price list includes an "express blow-dry" that I could use to save time, for a fee: obviously, the answer would be NO. Anyway, they did see me because I lived nearby and they squeezed me in, and it's straight now, but honestly, for €53 I can get a good product to hydrate my hair for three months and dry it super fast at home. I don't recommend going, at least not without knowing exactly what they're going to charge beforehand, and I understand that even knowing the price isn't worth it, because €53 is outrageous. Unless, of course, you want your hair straight before a dinner with friends, so you have an excuse to cancel and eat a chopped meat sandwich at home because you spent what you meant for dinner at the salon. I won't be back."

"Excellent hair salon for both men and women, both for the cut and color choices, as well as the service. The hairdresser who attended to us (Cristina) took the time to listen and find solutions (in my case, she applied a natural/clay dye, since I have many allergies and very fine hair). The result is amazing. We'll be back!"
