"One word: DISASTER. I've never felt so ugly in my life, cant even look at myself in the mirror, legit the worst color I ever had. What I wanted: natural looking brown hair that matches my natural hair. What they gave me? BLACK with burgundy undertones?! A harsh and uneven color with weird black roots that makes me look like a ghost. They tried to convince me its fine because they're covering each others behinds but I have eyes (and so do the rest of you watching this). If you cant get a certain result, you need to be honest with your clients before taking their money and ruining their hair. I shouldn't have to wash my hair for months just for it to look normal again! Who had black before knows how extremely difficult and damaging it is to get out! I had a light enough base now I don't even have that, they took it away, there's really no excuse. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable, the manager was extremely rude; she basically shrugged her shoulders and told me to go away. They didnt offer ANYTHING, just washed my hair again, didnt trim my bangs like we agreed, did a poor job with styling and if I didnt stand up for myself they would have let me pay even more than full price (because they're always trying to convince you to buy their extra "treatments"). They did a "discount" which basically ended up being the original quote with my deposit. Embarrassing to even charge at all for this mess and trauma! They know who I am, the coloring was today so they can't use the excuse I saw them use in other reviews. I already told them I won't be coming back, since they were getting worse even in other appointments with them that I had. If I can save one person from having their hair and wallet ruined that's enough for me. I paid 200EUR for this mess. I left the salon crying, they didnt care. Many, many better salons than this one that are wayyy cheaper too!"
