"I visited this hair salon as a walk-in on a Saturday and had a very pleasant experience. As a non-Italian speaker, I was warmly welcomed and immediately felt comfortable. Communication in English was no problem at all, and the staff provided professional and honest recommendations for a suitable hair treatment. I had a wash, an oil treatment, and a blowout with curls, and I was very happy with the result. The products used were of good quality, and the salon itself is cute, clean, and well designed. Everyone was kind and attentive, and the service was very good throughout. Overall, I was very satisfied and would happily return 😊"

"Fabio & staff are just wonderful. I was a walk-in and when I tell you the service was next level. I have really oily hair ; I need to wash it every 2 days if not I get really bad migraines. They’ve provided me with a treatment for my scalp not to mention the head massage was relaxing and help me with my migraine but when I tell you my blowout with waves was next level I mean it. They gave me suggestions for my oily hair. If you are in Rome and need a great blowout Highly recommend."

"I walked in when they were very busy. They were very kind and were able to make room for me to get a hair treatment (collagen), cut and style done. I asked for layers which was new to me and had ended up loving the cut! Very friendly and sweet stylists :) Thank you for the new style!"

"Do not go to this salon if you are wanting a last minute blow dry. First, the lady doing my hair said my extensions are bad so brought over the whole salon to look at my hair which is mortifying because I have no idea what they are all saying about me. Second, I asked for a bouncy blow dry and my real hair was bouncy and my extensions were straight- it was the worst blow dry of my life and I thought she was going to rag all my hair out at one point. Third, I was still charged an extra 10 euros for my extensions even though my hair looked a mess and was still damp when I left. I’ve never had such a bad experience at a hairdressers it was mortifying"

"I’m quite happy with the result I got from my visit at Mood Hair Lab. The price also was more than fair. I have to say thought that I wished the coiffeur would have talked to me a little more to explain what he was doing and to make sure the hair cut was going to where I wanted it to go. Also he was a little harsh sometimes while washing and brushing my hair but I felt too intimidated in the moment to say something. So even though I really like my hair now I don’t know if I would go there again."
