"I visited Element Salon while staying in Rome, and it ended up being such a good find. I travel full-time, so I’m always on the lookout for salons in different countries where I can feel confident about the quality of the work and ideally communicate in English. Being a new client every time can be nerve-racking, especially when it comes to color. The team here was welcoming and easy to talk to, which immediately made me feel more comfortable. Chrissy did my hair, and I was genuinely impressed. Lightening can go wrong quickly, especially when someone doesn’t know your hair history, but she approached it thoughtfully and with precision. She lifted my color evenly and gave me exactly the tone I was hoping for. It felt intentional and skillful, and I left feeling confident in the result. As someone who’s constantly moving between cities and countries, finding a salon you’d trust again is rare. I’m really glad I found this one during my time in Rome!"

"I came in after I'd gotten an all-over brown colour at another salon which looked uniform/flat and brassy. Chrissy toned it back to neutral/cool and added some beautiful blonde highlights which I asked for. She was friendly, patient, and interested in understanding exactly what I wanted my hair to look like! Very happy with the results and definitely recommend her!"
